At Aemeliah Curates, we accept exchanges, but please note that we are not offering refunds at this time.

To make a valid exchange, please email us at aemeliahcurates@gmail.com within the 7 day period after receiving your order, clearly stating the item you’d like to exchange for.

Exchanges can only be carried out if the item is received back with us in the same condition in which it left us. We only offer direct exchanges and not store credit. Once you contact us, we’ll guide you through the next steps <3

Important: Return shipping is not covered, so buyers are responsible for all postage costs.

Yes. We offer international shipping worldwide regardless of order size.
